Pay As You Go HR Services

In addition to a bespoke solution to your HR needs, Adermia HR can provide a service on a pay as you go basis to allow you to benefit from the most effective solution for your HR needs utilising additional expertise and knowledge as and when required.

We will have an initial consultation in order to ascertain your needs. Thereafter, from as little as €35 for 15 minutes, you can have the facility to speak with an experienced advisor about HR problems, as they arise. This is a great help in providing reassurance to know that guidance is there to reduce the risk of exposing your organisation to claims for compensation or for getting the best out of one of the most important assets a company has, their employees.
