We will ensure that policies and procedures are up to date, to resolve disputes, as well as providing fair, impartial and independent workplace investigations and appeals for grievance, disciplinary, bullying & harassment issues.
We will act as third party supports where the internal processes have broken down and act in a fair and transparent way to ensure that all parties are heard, and the conflict resolved.
